A Global Approach to Learning

The world isn’t just changing—it’s evolving at a pace never seen before. Will your child be ready to lead it?

At The One School, we don’t just prepare students for today’s challenges—we empower them to shape tomorrow’s world. Our progressive curriculum blends cutting-edge global education with a bold, inquiry-driven approach, nurturing critical thinking, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and real-world problem-solving skills.

We ignite curiosity. We spark creativity. We build the confidence to lead with purpose.

How We Make Learning Meaningful

At The One School, we don’t just build knowledge—we build mindsets. Our learners explore, question, and create, developing the curiosity, resilience, and confidence to lead in a changing world. With future-focused, research-based approaches, we empower every child to think critically, innovate boldly, and drive real impact.

How do you develop the ‘Art of Thinking’?

Inquiry-Based Learning: We do not hand students answers—we give them the tools to uncover them. Inquiry-Based Learning is about empowering students to think for themselves, ask bold questions, and explore the world with curiosity and confidence. By teaching students how to think, not what to think, we prepare them to approach the future with curiosity, adaptability, and the confidence to navigate the unknown. They don’t just learn facts—they develop the mindset to create new knowledge.

Design Thinking: Problem-Solving for the Future

At our school, we shape innovators, not just learners. Our Design Thinking approach empowers students to tackle real-world challenges with creativity, logic, and resilience. By merging problem-based learning with the structured, iterative process of design thinking, we equip students with the mindset and tools to identify problems, generate solutions, and refine their ideas through experimentation. By thinking like designers, students become creators and problem-solvers—ready to shape the future with curiosity, confidence, and ingenuity.

Project-Based Learning: Students don’t just learn concepts—they apply them. Through interdisciplinary, hands-on projects, children collaborate, innovate, and solve real-world problems. This approach nurtures leadership, initiative, and a mindset that embraces both creativity and responsibility.

Nature-Based Learning: Learning doesn’t just happen inside four walls. Our nature-based learning model follows a 60:40 balance, integrating outdoor exploration, hands-on environmental learning, and real-world experiences. By fostering a mindset of curiosity, observation, and ecological awareness, we encourage children to connect with the world around them and develop a sense of responsibility toward nature.

Experimentation: We believe that learning should be driven by discovery and experience. Through experimentation, students engage in hands-on investigations, real-world problem-solving, and scientific inquiry. This cultivates an analytical mindset that encourages students to question, explore, and think beyond what is taught.

Differentiated Instruction: Every child is unique, and so is their learning journey. Our differentiated instruction model ensures that learning is tailored to diverse learning styles, strengths, and paces. By using personalised strategies and adaptive learning tools, we create an inclusive environment where every student feels challenged, supported, and empowered.

At our school, assessments are not about pressure—they are about understanding each child’s journey, celebrating progress, and providing the right support at the right time. Our approach ensures that learning remains personalised, engaging, and growth-focused rather than exam-driven.

We use a balanced system that helps track progress while keeping students motivated and confident:

1. Foundation Assessments – A gentle starting point to understand each child's strengths and learning needs.

2. Ongoing Check-Ins – Regular, low-pressure observations and assessments woven into daily learning in subjects. These help teachers provide timely support and celebrate milestones.

3. Quarterly Reviews – A structured reflection on student progress in core subjects, helping tailor learning plans.

4. End-of-Year Reflection – A comprehensive look at each child's growth, ensuring they are ready for the next stage with confidence.

Through thoughtful feedback, personalised guidance, and continuous encouragement, we ensure that assessments are seen not as tests, but as stepping stones to success.
